Costs and Conditions
A standard membership to InstaPoems is free. Your membership will become active as soon as you receive your confirmation e-mail and click on the confirmation link contained in the e-mail. You will be able to see your poems and will you be able to create new poems or modify existing ones. A premium membership to the InstaPoems service costs US$6.00 a year. With a premium membership you will not see any advertising on your poems.
If you are dissatisfied with InstaPoems, we will refund your total subscription fee within the first 30 days of your account, and refund a prorated amount any time after the first thirty days.
Features of InstaPoems:
- You may create any number of poems in your account, and share them with any number of users.
- You may modify or delete your poems.
- You may embed an poem from our server in your web page.
- You may send emails to others about your poems.
- You may allow others to comment and/or vote on your poems.
- Your information is secure and private. please see our privacy policy page for more details.
Activities not allowed on InstaPoems:
- You may not publish profane or libelous poems.
- You must respect copyright laws and not publish poems not written by you or within the public domain.
- You may not claim credit for poems written by others.
- You may not use the email or comments system of InstaPoems to create spam, threatening, or illegal messages to others.
InstaPoems reserves the right to limit types of content posted and may cancel the account of anone abusing the system.
Illegal behavior may result in termination of account priviledge and/or reporting to law enforcement agencies.
