All personal information you enter with InstaPoems is considered private. You can control the amount of information you'd like to share with others. We never share email addresses or other personal infomation with other companies or individuals.
We require certain information to contact you. We publish material which may be subject to copyright laws, and may need to verify you are the real author of the poems you post. We don't make contact information public, and we do not publish your email address.
You may allow others to comment on your poems, send messages to you, or email a friend about poems you post. You can control these rights for each poem you post.
Your subscription payment will be processed through PayPal. You may pay with your PayPal account, or most major credit cards. We do not store payment information.
We keep track of how many times you log in, the IP address of where you log in from, and when you log in. You may view this information, but we do not allow others to access it.

Terms of Service
By subscribing to Instapoems, you will agree to pay an annual subscription fee. When your subscription is about to expire, you will be sent a notification to renew. If you do not renew, you will no longer be able to create or edit poems, and your current poems will not be visible to others.
Payments are made through the secure PayPal service. You may use a PayPal account, or major credit card to make your payment.
